Meccanic Shop North, Inc., its affiliated full-service repair facility, supports a high-volume collector and specialty vehicle operation, servicing a wide range of classic and modern vehicles with a focus on quality and efficiency. We are seeking a detail-oriented leader to manage the Service Department.

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Advisor / Service Manager to oversee daily operations of our repair shop. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage workflow, customer communication, and administrative processes.

• Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the service department
• Coordinate workflow between technicians and front office
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
• Schedule and manage service appointments
• Write, review, and close repair orders and invoices accurately
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, timelines, and costs
• Organize vehicle flow, parking, and shop logistics
• Ensure a clean, efficient, and well-run shop environment
• Handle billing, payments, and follow-up
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, or similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced shop environment
• Professional, customer-focused, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to move vehicles as needed
